What this website collects

This website runs no advertising trackers. It uses one analytics service, Leadfeeder by Dealfront, which records the pages visited and identifies the company that owns the network a visit comes from, using a cookie and your IP address (see Cookies below). Apart from that service, the typefaces and code are served from this website itself. Our hosting provider keeps technical request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operation.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses Leadfeeder, a business-visitor analytics service from Dealfront, to understand which companies visit and which pages interest them. Leadfeeder sets a first-party cookie, _lfa, which recognises a returning browser for up to two years, and it matches the network address you visit from against company records. It does not identify you personally, and we do not combine it with anything you type into the form. You can block or delete the cookie in your browser settings at any time, and the website works the same without it.

The website also keeps one item in your browser's local storage, bt_seal_seen, holding the value 1, so the opening animation is shortened on your next visit. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

The diagnostic form

When you send the form, your name, company, contact details and description are passed by our server to our email account at info@bubbletech.in, and a confirmation is sent to you if you gave an email address. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions.

If you choose to book through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms, and we reply from our business number.

How we use it

To reply to you and prepare for the diagnostic call. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Retention and your rights

Correspondence is kept while it is useful for the conversation and any resulting work, and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@bubbletech.in.

Client systems

Data inside systems we build for clients is governed by our agreement with that client and the data-flow document for their system.
