Your company has already built the hard part.

We engineer the missing parts in how it works, so you can stop running it and start growing it.

I

Today, it runs because you keep winding it.

II

We find the missing part, and engineer it.

III

Then it runs on its own, and grows.

Operational systems, automation and AI, built around how your company already works.

I

Sell without losing opportunities.

The enquiry that reached a salesperson's phone at 21:40 is in the shared list at 09:00, with an owner.

II

Deliver without depending on memory.

Quotes keep moving when the one person who knew the rates is away.

III

Grow without matching every increase with headcount.

The person who re-keyed every purchase order now handles the two a week that don't match.

IV

Manage from facts.

Problems show up while they are forming, not in a report after the month closes.

We connect to the software you already use, from your ERP, Tally or Zoho to spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp, and replace only what blocks the chain.

Four kinds of company. The same missing part.

Each one as it works today, and as it works with the gap engineered away. The companies inside are invented; the work is real.

How the first workflow goes live.

Four moves, on your real work, with the people who do it.

An illustrative workflow map of one order Four lanes: sales, owner, planning and accounts. An enquiry arrives on WhatsApp late at night and is quoted the next morning. The quote then waits two to four days for one person's approval; this handoff is marked as the one to change first. The approved order is re-keyed into a job card, dispatched, and invoiced six days later. I

Observe

We sit with the people doing the work and follow real transactions from the first message to the payment, not the process as described.

II

Change one handoff

Where waiting or dependency costs most, we set a new rule, owner and trigger, agreed with the people who live with it.

III

Put it live

Built on your data and systems, run beside the old way on real work, then switched over with a manual fallback.

IV

Improve the next one

Once it holds, the next constraint is chosen from what the first one exposed. Or you stop there, and keep everything.

Questions buyers ask.

Will you replace our ERP, Tally or Zoho?

Usually not. We connect to ERPs, Tally, Zoho, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp through what each system allows, and replace only what blocks the chain, with the reason. It stays your decision.

Who from our side needs to be involved?

One owner for the workflow, the people who do the work for a few hours in the first week, and someone who can grant access to the systems involved.

How does pricing work?

No packages. A fixed price for mapping the chain and scoping the first workflow; the first workflow priced from what that finds; each later step priced before it starts. You can stop after any completed stage and keep what was built.

Where does AI come in?

Only inside specific steps: reading an enquiry email into fields, recognising a drawing revision, classifying a request, drafting a follow-up. A person confirms before anything consequential happens.

Three things you keep.

An old brass key resting on a sheet of handmade paper
One

Your systems stay yours.

Source code, data and accounts belong to your company. Another competent team could run them without us.

A fountain pen resting on an approval slip beside the signature line
Two

Decisions stay with people.

Prices, purchases and invoices wait for a person’s approval before anything is sent.

An open handwritten ledger with a brass clip
Three

Nothing stops if a system does.

Every workflow has a manual fallback, so the work carries on while anything is fixed.

How security and ownership are handled

Show us the part of your company that still depends on you.

Twenty minutes on one process that keeps getting delayed, chased or coordinated by hand. You'll leave knowing where we think it breaks, and whether software is the answer at all.

We read every workflow before we speak.

Got it.

We'll review the workflow before we speak. If there's something useful to look at beforehand, a screenshot, a spreadsheet or a form, reply to the confirmation with it.
