What this website collects
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party fonts. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps technical request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operation.
The diagnostic form
When you send the form, your name, company, contact details and description are passed by our server to our email account at info@bubbletech.in, and a confirmation is sent to you if you gave an email address. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions.
How we use it
To reply to you and prepare for the diagnostic call. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is kept while it is useful for the conversation and any resulting work, and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@bubbletech.in.
Client systems
Data inside systems we build for clients is governed by our agreement with that client and the data-flow document for their system.
